To change the temperature setting for MONDAY DAY press the UP or DOWN button.

When done setting the MONDAY DAY temperature press the NEXT button to program the MONDAY EVE setting.

As an example, use your mouse and click on the UP, DOWN, and NEXT buttons on the above thermostat.
