How do I change the email address associated with my Lux account?

Updating your email address and account information is simple, just follow the steps below.

1. Sign In to your Lux account with your current email address at my.luxproducts.com.
2. Once signed into your account, click on your name in the top right corner of the screen
3.  select “Account Info.” From here, you will be able to change the email address associated with your account.

NOTE: You will only be able to set your email address to one that has never been used to create a Lux account. If you are looking to move your thermostats to another Lux account, please refer to this article.
