How do I set a hold? (Bold frame around HOLD)

A Temperature HOLD is used for maintaining  a fixed set temperature indefinitely.   It bypasses the program and will stay at the same temperature forever.;

To enter  Hold mode:

Thermostat must be in Cool or Heat Position.

        1.Press “HOLD” in the lower left hand corner of the display.  

“Heat  Hold”  or ”Cool Hold”  will appear at the top of the screen. This means the thermostat is in hold mode.

At the same time, there will be an additional  BOLD  frame around the word HOLD.  This means the thermostat is in hold mode. 

        2.Press the set temperature on the right and then then use up and down arrows to change the temperature to what you want it.  It will now stay at that temperature forever.

        3.To get it out of HOLD mode, press HOLD again and the unit will go back to Heat Mode or Cool MODE, and the BOLD frame will disappear .

Note:  “HOLD” without the BOLD frame will still be displayed at all times in the lower left hand corner; this is your control button.
