Scheduling in LUX 2.0

In Lux 2.0 we provide a variety of approaches to scheduling to give you the user unparalleled flexibility in customizing your home comfort experience.

Pause, Play and Stop:

Instead of Override, Run and Hold, we now use Pause, Play and Stop
  • Hold, override, and run schedule have been replaced with stop, pause, and play.
  • These work the same as the more commonly used terms on most thermostats
    • Play will cause the thermostat to run your schedule
    • Pause temporarily pauses the schedule at a set temperature. This is the same as an override
    • Stop bypasses your schedule, and functions as a hold

Standard Scheduling:

  • A customizable weekly schedule that can be set to 4 or 2 periods. Each day can be individually set to a 2 or 4 period schedule.
  • Cool and Heat modes are programmed independently
  • Each day can be programmed separately, or the repeat function may be used to copy a days schedule to additional days
  • Each period allows you to set a start time, and a temperature. The start time for the next period is the end time.

Pause can be set to end on a particular day at a certain time. Perfect for vacations.
