There are four periods per each grouping of days, for Heat mode and Cool mode. They are: MORN, DAY, EVE, NITE. ALL 4 periods MUST be set for the thermostat to function properly. Select either HEAT or COOL with the Temperature mode switch. These same programming steps for all four periods below, must be performed independently in both Heat and Cool modes.
NOTE-1: This model has a user option to use only TWO periods instead of the default of FOUR. In the 2-period configuration, all of the following steps are the same except there will be only DAY and NITE periods present. NOTE-2: This model has a user option to be either programmable or non-programmable (manual). If the clock or period times are not shown, check for this setting.
**FIRST: Select HEAT or COOL Mode as appropriate.
TO SET THE WEEKDAY AND WEEKEND TEMPERATURE PROGRAM
Move SET Slider to “TEMP PROG” (this will first program MON thru FRI at the same time, and then advance to SAT and SUN at the same time).

The SAT and SUN days of the week will now be shown for programming, starting with the MORN period. Repeat all of the same steps shown above for the Weekdays for the Saturday and Sunday “MORN, DAY, EVE, and NITE” periods.
