Lux Products Unveils New Look & Feel and additional Resources for PRO Website

Philadelphia, PA, Oct. 17, 2017 – LUX Products Corporation today unveiled a new look and feel to its corporate and product website dedicated to making life easier for today’s HVAC professional.  The new website arms professionals with everything they need to effectively upsell new thermostats to homeowners and easily install its broad range of thermostat products.  LUX’s commitment to education, training and hands-on tutorials enables professionals to sell and install LUX products with confidence.

“So many of our contractors are on the road five to six days a week,” said Rob Munin, CEO of LUX Products.  “They need an online resource they can quickly access to help answer homeowner questions, install needs and general product information.  We’ve redesigned our website with these things in mind. Our favorite feature is the ‘features search’ under the Support tab where Pros can go in and select criteria based on the project – we then serve up the most appropriate product to fit that specific need.  It takes the guess work out of the job and enables Pros to focus on delivering reliable and relevant solutions to the homeowner instead of staying on hold with manufacturers.”

LUX understands the challenges Pros face in the field and has designed its website as the source and solution to those issues. The site offers installation advice, product manuals and how-to videos and tutorials. The Co-Branding page explains the new LUX private label marketing program where professionals can take advantage of opportunities to co-brand within the LUX mobile app, keeping their name top of mind with the homeowner.

The site also features the My LUX Rewards program for professionals. Professionals can log on to sign up and get started earning points for purchases that can be redeemed for items in the rewards catalog.
