How do I connect my LUX GEO to my wireless network?

The LUX GEO offers you unparalleled control over your home comfort needs. Follow these simple instructions to get started.

First, you will need to download the LUX application. This can be found in the play store (android) or the app store (IOS). There are multiple apps with similar names, so we’ve included screen shots of the appropriate app pages.

On the thermostat:

Once the application is installed and your LUX account is configured, you will be ready to connect. If this is an initial setup, the thermostat will ask you if you would like to connect to a wireless network. If it does not ask: access the menu, select settings, then network; choose “Configure using APP”

The thermostat will begin searching for networks. When the thermostat displays “AP mode 2/6” you will begin the connection process in the App.

In these screen shots, the GEO is looking for networks as it enters “AP mode”

In the application:

  • Login if you have not done so yet
  • press the + sign in the top left corner
  • select “Connect a GEO or GEOX thermostat to my account”
  • It will ask if you are in AP mode, select yes
  • Press next, you will be taken to your network settings
  • Connect to the T-Stat network. The name and password are listed on the thermostat.
  • Press the back button on your phone to return to the application
